NATIONAL HOSPITALITY SERVICES ANNOUCES ONTRAC(TM) CENTRALIZED ACCOUNTING

National Hospitality Services (NHS) announced the creation of a new service called OnTrac(tm), a proprietary system for centralizing accounting services for hotel properties.
NHS brings together specialized lodging accounting software and proprietary systems allowing hotels to reduce accounting costs and dramactically improving financial reporting and controls.  Norman Leslie, President of NHS states, "We are very excited about how this new service is improving hotel profitability by lowering expenses and getting the right information to the right people very quickly.  This makes all our properties perform better and more efficiently."
In today's world, obtaining accurate information quickly is critical to the hospitality industry.  NHS operates hotels in the upper Midwest under the Wyndham, Carlson, and Intercontinental brands. 

LESLIE & JOHNSON ATTEND EXPEDIA CONFERENCE

Norman Leslie, President of National Hospitality Services (NHS), and Carol Johnson, Director of Operations, recently attended the National Expedia Conference in Las Vegas.  Expedia is the world's leading online travel company and is a vital resource for hoteliers.  The conference covered specific sessions on lodging, the Expedia Affiliate Network, Media Solutions, and Connectivity.   All keynote speakers were CEOs of Expedia, Hotwire, Hotels.com, and Trip Advisor.  The conference was by invitation only with over 2,000 attendees from 73 countries at the Mirage Events Center, Las Vegas.  
  
As hotels embrace online marketing, companies such as Expedia allow hotels to build their own brand allegiance online to capture repeat business.  Throughout the two-day conference, Expedia outlined how hotels can benefit utilizing their services through the hotel's e-commerce marketing strategy.  
 
Carol Johnson stated, " Despite the challenging economy, customers still want to travel and now, more than ever, they are looking for reasons to go for less. Expedia and the others let us promote our best travel  deals to our customers."

NORMAN LESLIE APPOINTED TO NATIONAL RINA BOARD

Norman Leslie, President of National Hospitality Board, was named as an Executive Committee member of the National RINA Board by Keith Pierce, President of Ramada Franchise Systems. Norman has served as a board member on the RINA Executive Committee for four years, and one year as Chairman of the RINA Marketing Sub-Committee.

FARGO RAMADA RECEIVES 2007-2008 PRESIDENTS AWARD

This marked the second year that Ramada Worldwide has awarded the President’s Award, their most prestigious award. And for the second year, the Fargo Ramada once again walked away with the award for the North Central Region. The award is earned for being the “best of the best” in service and quality.

GRAND RAPIDS RAMADA RECEIVES 2007-2008 PRESIDENTS AWARD

This was the first time the Grand Rapids Ramada received the prestigious President’s Award. Ramada Worldwide honors one property from each of the 19 regions in the United States and Canada with the President’s Award.
